At TallySense, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of our courses and services.
Digital Product Policy: Our recorded courses are digital products that provide instant access to intellectual property, downloadable materials, and proprietary video content. Consequently, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for these products.
1.1 Recorded Courses (Lifetime Access)
For all recorded/offline courses (including bundles) with lifetime access:
- No Money-Back Guarantee: Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final.
- Instant Access: Once payment is confirmed, you receive immediate access to the entire curriculum, making refunds non-viable.
- Refund Eligibility: Not applicable to any recorded or self-paced course content.
1.2 Live Classes
For live online classes:
- Before Class Starts: Full refund if requested at least 24 hours before the first scheduled class
- Trial Period: 50% refund if requested within 48 hours (2 days) of the first class and only if the second class has not been attended
- No Refund: No refund will be provided after 2 days from the start date or after attending 2 classes (whichever comes first)
1.3 Certificate Programs
For all certification and assessment programs:
- No Refund: Due to the immediate processing of certification applications and enrollment in the assessment platform, all certificate program fees are strictly non-refundable from the moment of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- All recorded/offline course purchases (Digital Products)
- All Certificate Program fees
- More than 2 days have passed since the start of live classes
- Attending 2 or more live class sessions
- Course completion certificates have been issued
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
- Promotional or discounted courses (unless otherwise stated)
- Course bundles where any content has been accessed
- Technical issues on the user's end (device incompatibility, internet connectivity)
- Change of mind after the purchase is complete
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Student-Initiated Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your enrollment:
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9009777139 with your order details
- Provide your registered email address and payment transaction ID
- State the reason for cancellation (optional but helps us improve)
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within the eligible timeframe
3.2 TallySense-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone courses due to:
- Low Enrollment: Minimum student requirements not met
- Instructor Unavailability: Emergency or unforeseen circumstances
- Technical Issues: Platform or system failures beyond our control
- Force Majeure: Natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events
In case of TallySense-initiated cancellation: You will receive a full refund OR the option to transfer to an alternative batch/course of equal or greater value.
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund

- Provide Details: Include your name, email, order ID, and reason for refund
- Verification: We'll verify your eligibility based on this policy
- Approval: If approved, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
4.2 Refund Timeline
- Verification: 1-2 business days to review and approve your request
- Processing: 5-7 business days for refund to be initiated
- Credit to Account: 5-10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
4.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method:
- UPI: Instant to 24 hours
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- Wallets: 1-3 business days
5. Partial Refunds
In certain exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:
- Technical Issues: If significant course content is unavailable due to our platform issues
- Content Quality: If course content significantly differs from the description
- Instructor Change: Major changes to course delivery or instructor mid-course
Partial refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
6. Course Transfers
Instead of a refund, you may opt to transfer to another course:
- Transfer is allowed within 30 days of original purchase
- Available only for courses of equal or lesser value
- If the new course is more expensive, you must pay the price difference
- If the new course is less expensive, the difference is non-refundable
- Only one transfer is permitted per purchase
7. Chargeback Policy
Important: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- All course access will be revoked
- Certificates (if issued) will be invalidated
- You may be liable for chargeback fees and legal costs

8. Promotional Offers and Discounts
For courses purchased during promotional periods:
- Standard refund policy applies unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms
- Flash sale and limited-time offer purchases may have modified refund terms
- Coupon code usage does not affect refund eligibility
- Refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid, not the original price
9. Bundle and Package Purchases
For course bundles or package deals:
- Refund eligibility applies to the entire bundle, not individual courses
- If any course in the bundle has been substantially accessed, the entire bundle becomes non-refundable
- Bundle discounts will be recalculated if partial refund is provided

Before requesting a refund due to technical issues:
- Contact our support team for troubleshooting assistance
- Ensure your device meets minimum system requirements
- Try accessing content from different devices or browsers
- Check your internet connection stability
